Overview

Evil Dragon is the new organization of a gang of devels and their new base was in progress to be established with the hope from there to realize their ambition of conquest of the world. Provided any one who found their plot should be killed. One night, when the devels were going to kill a man, CHEN, Ying-chieh saw their violence. However, CHEN seemed lucky and escaped. But after that, CHEN's parents and sister were killed by the devels which made CHEN angry and swear that he should extinguish this gang devels.
